Since graduating with her Bachelor in Science, Billi has thrived in the high energy world of banking and finance, having worked for major banks and international institutions for the past 20 years. She brings with her extensive knowledge and passion, and is well versed in supporting and coordinating loan applications and quickly identifies opportunities to optimise our clients’ borrowing experience.
Overall, Biljana Tasevska is a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Officer who is committed to providing outstanding service and support to clients in the mortgage broking industry. Her exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering outstanding results make her an invaluable member of any mortgage broking team.
When she is not busy, Billi likes to spend her time with friends and family. She also enjoys cooking, keeping fit and exploring the world.
Dolly
Loans Support Officer
Dolly’s wealth of knowledge and experience in the banking and mortgage settlement sectors spans almost 20 years. Her roles over the years in both frontline and back-office roles include one of the ‘big four’ and various mortgage servicing companies. This level of background will be of great benefit to our clients as she can navigate the complexities and ensure all the ‘i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed’ on our documents.
Away from her desk, spending time with friends and her family and binging on Netflix (especially a good Spanish show) with a side of Uber eats, are some of the pastimes she enjoys.
